Terms and Conditions

  • Your 50% booking deposit is a non-refundable deposit. On cancellation of any wedding or function this paid fee will be forfeited by the client until such time as FYW has booked another wedding or function for that same date. FYW will then reimburse the client their deposit less time already spent to date ito meetings, quotes and admin etc.
  • FYW requires a refundable deposit (which is calculated at a % of the total value of all the rentals booked) from which all damages, breakages and theft at the replacement cost of every rented item will be deducted. Should this amount not be substantial to cover any kind of loss inclusive of third party theft or damages caused the client will still be liable for the balance to FYW.
  • Your 50% outstanding balance and refundable deposit will be due 3 weeks before your wedding or function. No flowers will be booked before the 100% balance is paid.
  • FYW requires all final guest numbers and last details no later than 3 weeks prior to your wedding or function date. Please note that failure to comply with this requirement leaves les time for FYW to get the flowers of your choice due to less days available to buy at the market.
  • FYW does not cater for table placements or setting out of gifts for guests. Any such additional extras will be charged for extra in terms of transport and set up time.
  • FYW will not work with any 3rd parties flowers.
  • Any containers or any items supplied by the client to FYW for a function or wedding must be cleared of price tags and be cleaned prior to delivery.
  • All flowers are subject to availability in the week of your wedding or function.
  • All clients are required to have a 2nd option for their main flowers as all flowers are subject to availability.
  • No changes will be made to any bridal and function flowers or decor items on the day of the wedding.
  • FYW requires you to sign off the Terms and Conditions Form and the Payment Agreement Form as set by FYW and e-mail it back with proof of payment when you pay your booking deposit. Your booking will not be formalised without the receipt of both these forms as mentioned above.
  • FYW includes 1 Mock up appointment (post deposit paid) ito time and labour but the mock up flowers and travel expenses are for the client’s account. Client to take flowers home.
  • FYW will charge any follow-up mockup fully ito time, labour, flowers, rentals and travel expenses. For more info on mockups see our mockups page
  • You will be required to sign off your mock-up design at the meeting as well as your bridal flower requirements.
  • FYW undertakes as far as possible to collect all rentals the next day after the function or wedding at the venue. If FYW can't collect the next day this will be discussed with the client and the venue to come to a mutual agreement in which all parties are informed and content with the details of collection.
  • FYW is in no way bound by any one venues separate Terms and Conditions and cant be held to each individual venues set of rules as FYW is not employed by any venue but operates as a separate business entity.
  • Any banking fees incurred with refunds done by FYW will be for the clients account only.
  • Acceptance of the quote means that you also accept and understand all terms and conditions of FYW as set out above.
