The Booking Process

1. Call or e-mail Hillie for an appointment. A consultation will take approximately an hour.
2. You will receive a detailed quote between 7 to 10 days after we have met. This quote is valid for 7 days.
3. On acceptance of quote you will pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. You have now booked FYW for your special day.
4. On request FYW will present a mock-up of your table design prior to receipt of the 50% non-refundable deposit. See section on mock-ups on home page for more detail.
5. Three weeks prior to your wedding day your outstanding 50% balance and required refundable deposit is due for payment. Guest and flower detail must be finalised.

Some points to consider

• Consultations on weekdays are free of charge. Consultation days at venues booked in advance are also free of charge as well as consultations at open days.
• Consultations after hours are charged at R200.
• The flower part of the quote is very detailed and requires time to calculate. A rushed quote lacking the finer detail causes frustration for both the florist and the client.
